Every student that has been approved for study abroad is required to attend pre-departure orientation sessions in order to prepare for the journey ahead. These sessions are designed to give students greater detail regarding their upcoming overseas experience. Students will be notified of the pre-departure orientation sessions through their Tusculum e-mail account. Hosts of faculty led trips will, in addition, meet with student groups to provide a program-specific orientation prior to departure. Areas that will be covered are both academic and practical in nature and are related to logistics and issues unique to the particular program and/or country.
All Tusculum students must adhere to the Alcohol and Controlled Substance Policy while traveling and studying abroad.
