It is always very exciting for the entire Tusculum family to welcome their Study Abroad students home. They have just successfully completed their international journey and it must, therefore, be customary that they show their pictures and share their experiences and stories with the greater Tusculum community.
Tusculum College hosts a dinner for their returning students and families so that experiences can be transferred to the audience at large and alumini including the next group of students that are scheduled to venture abroad. Individual contests are also held with cash awards given to the winners of the Best reflection paper, Best travel journal and Best blog.
Please take a moment to read the contest rules. In order to enter these contests, students are required to make a fifteen minute presentation of their entry using powerpoint slides, DVDs or any other electronic media necessary in order to make their best bid for the cash awards.
Despite the fact that we are confident that the international journey will have a life-long and positive affect on our students we would like to have them complete an end of program evaluation so the Center for Global Studies can continue to improve its overall program procedures and offerings.
