 <li>Arts &amp; 
 Lecture events are an academic requirement 
 to graduate from Tusculum College.</li>\n
 \n
 <li>Behavior expectations are the same as those 
 for attending classes.</li>\n

 <li>Rude behavior 
 will not be tolerated - talking, cursing, 
 use of cell phones (texting), sleeping, or 
 any other disruptive behavior. Faculty and 
 staff have the right to request that a student 
 leave resulting in him/her not receiving Arts 
 &amp; Lecture credit.</li>\n

 <li>Helping 
 oneself to swiping in/out of student ID will 
 be considered breaking the Honor Code and will 
 be considered for academic misconduct.</li>\n
 \n
 <li>To 
 receive credit, students must arrive 
 prior to the start of the program. Once the 
 published start time of an event begins, a 
 student will not be allowed to swipe in to receive 
 credit.</li>\n
 \n
 <li>Students will also 
 not receive credit if they try to swipe out early 
 from an event. Students must stay until 
 the end of an event, not the perceived end.</li>\n
