  An Evening with Ethel Morgan Smith  
(Academics)

"An Evening with Ethel Morgan Smith" will be held on Thursday, March 15. The event begins at 7 p.m. and will be held in the Shulman Center on the Greeneville campus.

Ethel Morgan Smith is the author of two books: From Whence Cometh My Help: The African American Community at Hollins College and Reflections of the Other: Being Black in Germany. She has also published in The New York Times, Callaloo, African American Review, and other national and international outlets. She is this year's judge for the Curtis-Owens awards in creative writing and will announce this year's winners at this reading.

The event is free and open to the public.
