I have a novel titled Southern Superstitions, a romantic suspense published in January. Because I love Southern novels, I'll have to be sure to check this one out and add it to my reading list. I'm so glad I stumbled across the info. Thanks for sharing. B. J.
Adam,

Thank you so much for highlighting Clay's work. These short poems are fantastic. They're almost breathless in their simplicity yet their message resonates so well with most of us.

It's a special feeling when you see and experience beauty in the simplest events in life.

Warm regards and a happy new year,
Anne

If you will send me an e-mail address, I would love to send you a flier for an upcoming anthology--submissions date May 2012-- on the theme of the effect of the Civil War over the past 150 years. All work must be fiction or poetry except for primary documents from the war years.
The editors all ive in Williamson County (Brentwood or Franklin) but the geographical scope of the book in not limited to the South.
Can't put an attachment here but will try to past in a short poem that will be in the book.
Federal Cemetery, Nashville, Tennessee,
early 20th Century

endless rows of small white crosses
over green grass
protected by a stone wall
driver of a passing car says,
“Only land an invading army
ever keeps.”
